Custom snowboard cancellations

Custom snowboard orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. Please check your board size, uploaded artwork and design notes before completing your purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

Custom snowboards are made to order and are not returnable for a change of mind.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

If your order arrives with shipping damage, an incorrect item or another issue, email support@snowva.us with your order number and clear photos of the board and packaging. Warranty or protection benefits confirmed on an existing order remain valid under the terms provided at purchase. See our shipping details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
